Return & Exchange Policy
1. General provisions
The Company performs returns and exchanges of goods of proper and improper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Clothing must retain its original tags and be in proper condition (no stains, odors, or signs of use).
2. Procedure for returning goods of proper quality
2.1. To return a product of proper quality, the Buyer must:
- contact the Company at +38 097 79 00 366 or via Viber / Telegram, notify of the intention to return the purchased item and provide bank card details for the refund;
- send the item via a carrier of the Buyer’s choice and provide the tracking number (shipment declaration number).
2.2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item for compliance with return conditions, the Company will:
- issue a refund to the Buyer’s bank card, or;
- at the Buyer’s request, send a replacement within 2 (two) business days after successful inspection.
2.3. Return shipping costs for products of proper quality are paid by the Buyer.
3. Procedure for returning goods of improper quality
3.1. To return a product of improper quality, the Buyer must:
- contact the Company at +38 097 79 00 366 or via Viber / Telegram, notify of the intention to return the item and provide bank card details for the refund;
- send the item and provide the tracking number (shipment declaration number).
3.2. After receiving and confirming the defect, the Company will:
- refund the payment to the Buyer’s bank card, or;
- at the Buyer’s request, dispatch a replacement within 2 (two) business days after confirmation.
3.3. All costs related to return or exchange of defective goods, including transfer fees, are covered by the Seller.
4. Definitions
4.1. Goods of proper quality — goods that meet contractual requirements but are returned by the Buyer for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color), provided that the goods:
- show no signs of use;
- are complete and include all tags;
- retain a presentable condition.
4.2. Goods of improper quality — goods that:
- do not meet applicable standards or the characteristics declared by the manufacturer or seller;
- do not correspond to the order (name, size, etc.);
- have manufacturing defects or mechanical damage (please check upon receipt).
Such goods must not be used and must have their original tags.
5. Return channels and address
Returns and exchanges are accepted via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express, or at: 46017, Ternopil, V. Stusa St., 9.
6. Exceptions
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Company may refuse to accept returns or exchanges of goods of proper quality if they fall under the official list of non-returnable non-food products.
According to Resolution No. 1173 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.12.2005, the following items are not subject to return or exchange: underwear, hosiery, and items for newborns
